Nadean Hughes

Nadean Adeline (Arnold) Hughes, 86, Augusta, retired owner/man-ager of a mobile home park, passed away Sunday, Aug. 31,2008.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, at
Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta.
Survivors: daughter, Joyce “J.D.” (Tom) Hughes-Hoge, Towanda; sisters, Sue Denney, Great Bend, Sharon Nicholson, Longton; four grandchildren,: Christopher
Hughes, Gregory Mohr, Rendy Catlett, Michelle Spivey; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Kash Hughes, Rachel Beemer and Samantha Catlett.
Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Bertha (Payne) Arnold; spouse, Irby “Bud”
Hughes; sister, Ruby McLaughlin son, Walter Hughes; daughter Jai McWilliams.
A memorial has been established with the Arthritis Foundation in care of Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.

Johnny Lee Rivers

Johnny Lee Rivers, 61, Rose Hill, retired Cessna employee, died on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008.
There will be no public visitation. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, at the Derby Church of Christ.
Survivors include: children, Kimberly Dunagan of Skiatook, Okla., Alecia
Goodman of Wichita, Matthew Rivers of Augusta, and Vanessa Malcom of Wichita; father, Carlton Rivers of
Haysville; brother, Carl Rivers of Cleveland, Texas; three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
Smith Mortuary in Derby has charge of the arrangements. p

Herbert Murray

Herbert Murray, 89, Leon, retired welder for Boeing, passed away Friday, Sept. 12, 2008.
Viewing will be from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15, with funeral service following at 2 p.m., both at Leon Christian Church. Interment in Leon Cemetery.
Survivors include; wife,, Christine; three daughters, Mary (Bill) Harrison, Leon, Cheryl Jones,
Rogers, Ark. Wanda (Steve) Nickel, Deep Gap, NC; brother, Kenny Murray; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial established with Plainview Community Church, Wichita in care of Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.
