Kathy Jo Collard

Kathy Jo Collard, 45, St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Gordan, died on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008.
A private family service will be held. Her survivors include: son, Shawn Cardin; daughters, Shannon Cardin and Kristina Car-roll; mother, Connie Voyles; brothers, Steve and Gary Voyles;
sister, Terri Brown; two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Jery Voyles.

Glenda Jo Hunter

Glenda Jo (Ehret) Hunter, 61, Durant, Okla., daughter of Lucille Seaburn
Ewart and the late Glenn “Rusty” Ehret, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008.
Services are pending. Other survivors include: brother, Monty Ehret of Celina, Texas; sister, Rhonda White of Royce City, Texas; aunt and uncle, Nelva and Don Wentz of Augusta.

Greta Hunsucker

Greta Hunsucker, 47, Douglass, former Medicalodge of Douglass employee, died on Friday, Dec. 26, 2008.
Memorial service was held yesterday at the Douglass First Baptist Church.
Survivors include: husband, Ronnie; sons, Brandon and John; daughters, Jessica Hunsucker and Regina Sain;
brothers, Sam Sona, Joe Sona, John Wohl, and Jerry White-man;
sisters, Brenda Whiteman, Peggy Dominguez, Violet Edwards, and Florence Halstead; 13 grandchildren.
Memorials to Hospice Care of Kansas, 206 E. Central, El Dorado, KS 67042.

Barbara Jean Markel

Barbara Jean Markel, 70, Douglass, homemaker and talented artist, died Sunday, Dec. 28,2008.
Visitation 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home, Douglass; grave-
side 2 p.m. Wednesday at Douglass Cemetery.
Survivors include: husband, Calvin Markel; daughters, Phoebe Thomas, Carol Jones, and Cindy Crabaugh; son, Chris Faidley; mother, Ellen Wright; six grandsons; two granddaughters.
