Edward “Bill” Kirkpatrick
Edward Eugene “Bill” Kirkpatrick, 81, formerly of Leon, passed away on Nov. 5,2009, in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints in Seminole, Okla.
Lunch will follow and graveside service will be at 1 p.m. at the Seminole Indian Tribe burial grounds.
He was born Feb. 29, 1928 near Leon, Kan. to the late William Lloyd andMerna (Finley) Kirkpatrick.
He is survived by: sister-in-law, Bernice Kirkpatrick of El Dorado; nephews, Dennie (Diane) Kirkpatrick, Towanda, Mark (Brenda) Kirkpatrick and Neal (Robin) Ostrander, both of Augusta;
nieces, Connie (John) Andrews and Robin (Bruce) Winkle, both of El Dorado, Debra (Virgil) Ward of Neal, Karyl (Larry) Johnson of Augusta, Betty (Tom) Barriner of Goddard, Donna (Benton Cauble) Kirkpatrick of Mt. Hope, Ka-mala O’Donnell of Leon, Vickie (Joe) Stefaniak of Chandler, Ariz.; numerous cousins, grandnephews, grandnieces, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, William Raymond Kirkpatrick, Donald E. Kirkpatrick, and Robert E. Kirkpatrick; sister, Vera J. Colin;
nephews, Daryl Kirkpatrick, Bill (Denise) Kirkpatrick, and Randall (Shirley) Kirkpatrick.

Gary L. Bush, 71, Augusta, died on Nov. 6, 2009.
Visitation with family present 6-8 p.m. Thursday; service at 1 p.m. on Friday, both at New Life Tabernacle, 1200 Henry, Augusta.
Survivors are: wife, Bu-linda Bush; sons, Gary
Wendlant Bush of Oklahoma City, Stephen Garner of Augusta; daughters, Brenda Likely and Rebecca Robertson, both of McPherson, Sandra Walker Baldwin and Mayvember Tisdale, both of Aurora, Colo.; brother, Don Rumsey of Sonora, Calif.; sisters, Sandra Schnitker of Kansas City, Mo. and Loretta Driskel of Carrier Mill, II.; 16 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.
Arrangements by Central Avenue Funeral Services, Wichita.

Dolores Jean “Dee” Foland, 77, Kansas City, Mo., mother and mother-in-law of John and Valerie Foland of Douglass, passed away on Nov. 8, 2009.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Raintree Community Church, Lee’s Summit, Mo. Interment
will follow at 3:30 p.m. in Newton Burial Park, Nevada, Mo.
Other survivors include: husband, Hal; children, Cherry (Don) Lahar, Lisa (David) Schorpp, Trade (Larry) Weatherly, and Kyle (Carol) Foland; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may go to the Kansas City Hospice c/o Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, Mo.
