Lyle Frazier Dies At 57
Lyle Frazier, 57, Wichita, father of Gary Frazier of Augusta, died there Tuesday.
His service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Cochran Mortuary in Wichita.
He was a Boeing Military Airplane Co. supervisor.
Other survivors include his wife, Mae of the home; sons, Steve, Keith, both of Wichita, Ken of Manhattan; parents, Herbert and Mary Frazier of Wichita; brothers, Max of Wichita, Don of Haysville, Wayne of South Dakota; a sister, Velma Hall of Wichita, and a grandchild.

John R. McClintick Dies In El Dorado
John Roscoe McClintick, 73, Route 2, a retired Mobil Pipeline employee, died today, Feb. 17, at Susan B. Allen Hospital in El Dorado.
His graveside service will be 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 21, at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Burl Allison Jr. officiating.
Memorials to the cancer fund have been suggested.
McClintick was born May 7, 1910 in Hamilton as a son of Charles and Eva Lybarger McClintick.
On Nov. 18, 1933 he married Emily Ruth Trebbe in a ceremony at El Dorado. She survives.
He also leaves two sisters, Maude McClintick of Blackwell, Okla., and Bernice Bearden of Madison, several nieces and nephews.
The Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta is in charge of arrangements.

Elizabeth Tabor Dies At AMCI
Elizabeth Tabor, 90, 416 E. Fourteenth Street, died today, Feb. 17, at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, in the Dunsford Funeral Home chapel and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Clyde Stockton will officiate.
She was born Dec. 23, 1893 in Missouri to John Henry and Minnie Kathryn Oberdeck Mueller.
This homemaker married Charles M. Tabor who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Tabor leaves five sons, James of Augusta, Harry and Ray of Corvallis, Ore., Bill of Longton, and Lee of Salina; two daughters, Helen Ohmart and Kathryn Dowell, both of Augusta; three brothers, Herman and Louis Mueller, both of Eugene, Ore., and William Mueller; a sister, Rose Wellman of St. Joseph, Mo.; 29 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rose.

Chris D. Voran Dies At 91
Chris D. Voran, 91, 1015 Osage, died Monday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Rev. Burl Allison Jr. will officiate and burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the First United Methodist Church.
He was born May 24, 1892 in Moundridge to Andrew and Caroline Stucky Voran.
He married Hilda Van-der-Smisser June 18, 1918 in Bern, Ind. She survives.
He was a retired Prudential Insurance agent and a member of the United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include a son, James of Miami, Fla.; a daughter, Carolyn Roby of Wichita; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Ruth Macy Dies At 66
Ruth Macy, 66, Miltonvale, formerly of Augusta, died Friday, Feb. 17, at a Clay Center hospital.
Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at the F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church in Miltonvale. Rev. Daniel Denison officiated and burial was in Wesleyan Cemetery at Oak Hill.
A memorial has been established with the F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church.
She was born July 21, 1917 in Winfield.
She married Alton Macy Nov. 4, 1945 in Jetmore. He survives.
Mrs. Macy was a school teacher in the Augusta area for 18 years. She was also a secretary for the Central Baptist Church in rural Augusta.
Survivors also include sons, David of Clay Center, Thomas of Columbus, Neb., Wesley of Waukegan, Ill., John of Augusta; daughter, Laura Cline, sister, Dorothy Furnish, both of Wichita, and 11 grandchildren.

Burl McElwain Dies At AMCI
Burl McElwain, 77, Douglass, died Sunday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Graveside services were at 1
p.m. today at the Douglass Cemetery. Rev. Wesley Kersh officiated.
He was born Nov. 7, 1906 in Fame, Okla.
He married Inez Freeman. She preceded him in death.
He was a retired oil field pumper for Stellbar Oil Co.
Survivors include a son, John of Riverdale, Calif.; daughters, Barbara Kersh of Avon, Ill., and Margaret Graves of Douglass, and seven grandchildren.
Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Clara Betebenner
Clara Betebenner, 82, Portland, Ore., died in her sleep Feb. 13.
Her funeral was held Feb. 17 at Alba, Mo., and burial was in the Purcell (Mo.) cemetery.
She was a sister of Mildred Guest of Wichita and Paul Scafe of Andover.
