Buddy Sigwing

Buddy Murl Sigwing, 74, Wichita, retired Cudahy meat packer and truck driver, died on Thursday, March 11, 2010.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 20, in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, Wichita. The U.S. Navy Honor Guard will honor his service to our country.
He is survived by: wife, Carolyn; sons, Christopher (Sheryl) Sigwing of Douglass, Martin (Susan) Sigwing of Halstead, and Michael (Jacki) Sigwing of Florence; four grandchildren.

Sarah E. Walther

Sarah E. (Belford) Walther, 89, Augusta, St. Joseph nurse aide, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at LakePoint of El Dorado.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, at Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta. Graveside service in Indianola Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 19.
She was born in rural Butler County on July 21,1920 to James and Ida (Stephens) Belford. She married Louis Walther in Los Angeles in 1944.
Survivors include: her son, Charles (Charlene) Walther of Towanda; 6 grandchildren and 17
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse; son. Lynn Walther; brothers. Raymond and Alfred Belford; sisters. Nellie Colburn and Lucille Ades.
Memorial established with Hospice Care of Kansas in care of the funeral home.

Margaret Burgett

Margaret “Granny” Francis Burgett, 93, Andover, died on Sunday, March 14, 2010.
Rosary at 7 p.m. this evening and funeral mass at 10 a.m. Friday, March 19, both at St. Vincent de
Paul Catholic Church in Andover.
She is survived by: sons, Ray Burgett and Everet “Skip” Burgett; daughter, Barbara J. Couchman; sister, Kathryn Johnston; 15 grandchildren; 22 greatgrandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchil-dren.
Memorial donations to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
