Bonnie J. Nicholson, 76, homemaker, Augusta, passed away Wednesday,
Sept.15, 2010.
Visitation with the family 4-6 p.m. Sunday and service 2 p.m. Monday, both at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Burial at Oxford Cemetery service 2 p.m. Monday, both at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Burial at Oxford Cemetery.
Bonnie was born in Winfield on March 19, 1934, the daughter of the late Stanley Lewis and Nita Grace (Buss) Knapp. On April 17,1955 she married Carol Nicholson in Oxford and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by: son, Ward Nicholson and wife Melinda Jones of Wichita; daughter, Susan Schneider and husband Alan of Augusta; sister, Jan Lem-bke; grandchildren, Karen Schneider, Brenda Brungardt and husband Al, and Jake Schneider; great-grandchildren Faith, Seth, Isabella, Olivia, Aloysius Brungardt and Koi and Chev-elle Schneider; numerous relatives and friends.
Memorials to Second Church of Christ Scientist or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.

Opal M. Nuttle, 77, of El Dorado, passed away Wednesday, Sept.15, 2010.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado.
Born in Nash, Okla, on Nov. 3,1932, the daughter of the late Gladys W. Hatch and Robert E. Myers.
She was a RN and she graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in 1972. She worked at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita for 25 years. She bravely battled COPD for many years which finally took her life. She fought
daughters, Yvonne Nutsch and Vickey Bartel; son, Kirby Waggoner and wife Debra; nine grandchildren, Doug Nutsch of Lubbock,
Texas, Dallas Nutsch of Lakewood, Colo., Matt Nutsch of Tacoma,
Wash., Bret Bartel of Wichita, Brandon Bartel of El Dorado, Terri Owens of Alva, Okla., Justin Waggoner and Megan Waggoner, both of Ponca City, and Robert Waggoner of Cherokee, Okla.; seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Monty Waggoner.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita, the National Cancer Institute, or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
