Diane McCluskey
Diane K. McCluskey, 64, of Altus, Okla., passed away on Saturday, Nov. 27,2010 in Lawton, Okla.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Wichita.
Diane was born on Dec. 7,1945 in Wichita, to . Louis and Vivian Arlene (Holaday) Roe. She grew up in Wichita, attending local schools. Diane married Jerry McCluskey on Jan. 18,1964 in Wichita. She owned and operated business with her husband in Wichita and Andover for over 20 years. She spent her later years living and traveling with her husband out of Altus, Okla. He preceded her in death on March 15, 2009. She loved to do needle work and sewing.
Mrs. McCluskey is survived by: her son and daughter in law, Jarret and Dixie McCluskey, of Altus, Okla.; her sister, Jo Harris and her husband, Larry, of Medicine Park, Okla.; her grandchildren, Kathryn Vivian McCluskey and Gus Cupp McCluskey; and many loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jerry, her brother, Larry Roe.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter'Gray Funeral Home of Lawton, Okla

John J. Johnston Jr.

John J. Johnston Jr., 85, Wichita, passed away Monday, Dec. 6, 2010. He wasaWWII POW Veteran, retired Learjet employee, and a volunteer for Shriner’s Hospital and American Red Cross.
Visitation with family present 6 p.m., Friday; funeral services 10 a.m., Saturday, both at Broadway Mortuary Chapel, Wichita. Burial will follow at the Douglass Cemetery, Douglass.
John was preceded in death by wife, Maidia Ann Johnston; son, Jay Johnston; parents John and Agnes Johnston.
His survivors are: daughters, Marianne (Floyd) Law and Debra Johnston of Wichita; brothers, Sonny Johnston of Augusta, David Johnston of Wichita; sister, Theodora Winters of Delaware; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorials to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and Midian Shrine Plane of Mercy.
