Luella Mae (Klein-schmidt) Wisener, 83, Rose Hill, clerk for Security Abstract & Title Company, passed away, Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at The Fairways of Augusta.
Visitation with family greeting friends will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Monday; Jan. 17,2011 with the funeral service following at 1:30 p.m. both at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 909 S. Market in Wichita. Private interment.
Survivors include: her spouse, Lynn "Red" of the home; son, Mark (Vicki) Wisener of Rose Hill; daughter, Linda (Jerry) Schniepp of Wichita; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Luella was preceded in death by her parents, William Fred and Sophia Dorothea (Schnact) Kleinschmidt; two broth-, ers and five sisters.
Memorial to Interim Healthcare Hospice, 333 S. Broadway, Wichita 67202 or in care of Dunsford-Zeiner Funeral Home, Augusta.

Dr. Sidney DeVere Brown, 85, Norman, Okla., Professor Emeritus of History at the University of Oklahoma, died on Dec. 8, 2010. A full obiturary was published in the Gazette on Dec.
10,2010.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sat-
urday, Jan. 15, at St. Stephens United Methodist Church in Norman. Interment will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 17, at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sidney DeVere Brown Award in East Asian History scholarship fund by sending checks to Karen Renfroe, Director of Regional Development, the University of Oklahoma, 339 W. Boyd, Norman, OK 73019. Checks should be made payable to the OU Foundation with “Sidney DeVere Brown Fund #42040” in the memo line. Condolences may be sent to the Brown family, 700 Nancy Lynn Terrace, Norman, OK 73069.

Ann Morrison, 85, former resident of Fredonia and Altoona, died Wednesday, Jan. 12,2011 at Lakepoint of Augusta.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15,2011 at Timmons Chapel, Fredonia. Burial will be in the Altoona Cemetery.
Ann was retired as a secretary from Altoona Midway Schools.
Her surviovrs include: nieces,Linda Kitch of Augusta and Laurie Houdashelt of Fredonia; nephew, Tom Norris of Ft. Scott.
She was preceded in death by: parents,George and Lida (Coots) Norris and three brothers, Sam, Roy, and George Norris.
A memorial has been established with the Fredonia Regional Hospital Auxiliary and can be sent to Timmons Funeral Home, PO Box 168, Fredonia, KS 66736.
