Carol J. Berger
Carol J. (Lusk) Berger, age 73, retired RN, of Haysville, passed away Friday, April 8,2011.
Visitation, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Wednesday, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Rosary, 7 p.m., Wednesday, and funeral mass, 10 a.m., Thursday, both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Haysville.
Survivors: husband,
Allen; son, Chad Rose-Berger of Wichita; daughters, Carla and Crystal Berger of the home; sisters, Virginia Bingham, Bernice Tune, both of Wichita, Pat Garcia of Augusta; brother, Elvin Lusk, of Mt. Vernon, Mo.; one grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial: KETCH, 1006 E. Waterman St., Wichita, KS 67211.

Mary Jane Sowers

Mary Jane Sowers, 79, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in Alamogordo, NM.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Wichita.
She is survived by: her husband, Virgil; her son, Harry Maloney and wife Jackie of Augusta; daughters, Donna Eargle of Tampa, Fla. and Gloria Ford and husband Jeff of South Haven; eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in Mary's name to the American Cancer Society.

Mildred F. Roberts

Mildred F. Roberts, 98, passed away April 10, 2011 in Andover.
Graveside service 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Andover Cemetery.
She was born June 22, 1912 in Cleveland, Okla, to the late Jack and Nina Fugate. She lived in Plainville, Kan., where she was a retired dental assistant.
She was preceded in death by husband, Fred Roberts and a grandson, Brian Roberts.
Survivors are a son, Ronald Roberts and his wife, Carol of Andover.
Mildred was a member of the United Methodist Church, Martha’s Circle, United Methodist Women, and the Order of Eastern Star, where she served several times as Worthy Matron.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Plainville United Methodist Church or Good Shepherd Hospice.
