Annamary Naylor
Annamary Naylor, 94, of Augusta, formerly of Concordia, died on
Wednesday, April 27,
2011.
Visitation noon to 9 p.m., with family greeting friends from 7 to 8 p.m., on Thursday, at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia. Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 29, at First United Methodist Church in Concordia. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.
She was born on Jan. 19,1917, in Raymond, Neb., the daughter of Chester H. and Marguerite V. (Waterman) Collett. Annamary grew up, attended school and graduated from high school in Wellington.
She married Wilbur Naylor on March 21,1948, in Wellington. He preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 2004. She was a private music teacher, teaching piano and cello lessons in her home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, UMW, PEO, Music Club, Cloud County Genealogical Society, an honorary Concordia Rotary Club member and Antheneum Club, all of Concordia.
Survivors: daughter, Patricia Pilcher (John) of Augusta; son, Charles Naylor (Susan) of Columbus, Ind.; grandchildren, Kristin Fitzwa-ter (Tristan) of Augusta, Kathryn Pilcher and fiancee Lance Gillett of Wichita, LaRae Schneider (Greg) of Concordia; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Natalee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur, her parents, and two brothers.
Memorials to the First United Methodist Church in Concordia.
