Donna J. Bell
78, MULVANE
Donna J. Bell, age 78, of Mulvane, formerly of Garnett, Kan., went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011.
Visitation with family will be 6-8 p.m. Tbesday, Dec. 6; funeral service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett. Burial will follow in the Garnett Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 31, 1933, in Augusta,
Kansas, the daughter of Doan and Neda (Wilson) Maness. Donna graduated from Augusta High School. She pursued a career in telecommunications that included employment at Southwestern Bell, Convair Aircraft, North American Aircraft Company, and Western Union, where she won the National Manager of the Year Award.
She married Clovis (Wes) Bell on Aug. 30, 1958 at Marietta, Okla. This union was blessed with one daughter,
Dana.
Donna was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her. She was an avid reader of non-fiction and she was an enjoyable conversationalist. Throughout her life Donna and her family lived in numerous states and foreign countries. Donna was an excellent hostess. While abroad she hosted many United States executives and politicians, as well as foreign country ambassadors here and abroad.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Dana M. Bell; three brothers, Joe, Edward, and Gene; three
sisters, Beatrice, Maxine, and Velda.
She is survived by her husband, Wes Bell and granddaughter Tiffany N. Bell, both of the home in Mulvane.

22, MUSTANG, OKLA.
Jacob “Beans” Alan Winkler age 22, died Dec. 1, 2011.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at McNeil’s Funeral Service in Mustang, Okla.
He was born June 8, 1989 in Coffeyville, to Stephen and Betheny (Gaines) Winkler.
He moved to Mustang, in 2001 and was a 2007 graduate of Mustang Public Schools.
He was a welder by trade, loved to spend time with his friends playing video games and hanging out with his mom.
He was preceded in death by: his father; grandparents Elzie and Mildred Winkler, and Barbara Gaines; and uncle Del Gaines.
He is survived his: mother, Betheny, brother, Justin Thomas; niece ,Kayli Winkler; grandparents, Franklin and Beverly Gaines; great grandma, Vada Hertlein; uncle, Bill Gaines and aunt, Gayla Pouncey; many family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Unite 2 Fight Paralysis (U2FP.org)
