77, HAMILTON, KAN.

Franklin Delano Gaines, of Hamilton, 77, died on Sunday,Dec. 25, 2011, at Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka,
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 31, at Koup Family Funeral Home in Eureka with Pastor Mark Demas of the Hamilton United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
He was bom on April 21, 1934 in Peabody, the son of Robert W. and Freda L. (Boling) Gaines. He was raised in the oil field camps of Butler and Greenwood Counties.

Dec. 25, 2011, at Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka,

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Hamilton United Methodist Church, the Greenwood County Historical Society, or Unite 2 Fight Paralysis.org. Contributions maybe sent in care of Koup Family Funeral Home at P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045, which was in chaise of service arrangements.

Azela Dill
98, AUGUSTA
Azela May Dill, a lifelong resident of Augusta, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday,
child will be born. An accomplished seamstress, she often worked late at night making clothing, costumes, prom and even wedding dresses for family members. Each grandchild received a hand crocheted afghan from Grandma when graduating from High School. She also volunteered as a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader. Over three generations she faithfully attended and thoroughly enjoyed the sporting events, dance recitals, concerts and plays that accompany such a large extended family. After her children left home, she and her husband served as “grandparents” for the classes at Garfield Elementary School, where she watched generations of children at play from her front porch swing.
A member of the Augusta First (United) Methodist Church for over 85 years, she taught








United Methodist Church, with Reverend Steve Spencer officiating.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the children’s programs of the Augusta UMC or to another organization of your choosing.

Laura May (Gifford) Bukovatz, 86, of Wichita passed away Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
