Lee, Joe "Bobby"
6-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, at Dunsford Funeral Home, Augusta. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, at Park Place Ministry Center, Wichita. Interment to follow at 3 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta, using the 12th Street entrance.
Bobby was born April 6,1943, to Andrew and Myra Mae (Jacobs) Sanders in Tulsa, Okla. He married Lola Mae Burkett in July of 1965, in Wichita. Bobby retired from Pinsker Steel as a painter in 1998.
His survivors include: his son and his wife, Joseph and Debbie Lee; daughters and their husbands, Cindy and Randy Carothers, and Toni and Kevin Rawlings, all of Augusta; sisters and their spouses, Barbara and Wayne Morton of Muskogee, Okla., and Vicki and Bill Moore of Checotah, Okla.; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; spouse; son, Bobby Andrew Lee; a brother, Tony Lee, and a sister, Donna McCage.

81, BENTON
Robert "Bob" Lee Unruh, 81, of Benton, retired oilfield man, passed away on Jan. 4, 2012.
Service was held Monday morning at the First Christian Church in El Dorado. Interment at Canton Township Cemetery, Canton, KS.
Survivors include: his wife of 61 years, Patsy R. (Ripper) of Benton; son, Wayne (Sherry) of Evanston, Wyo.; daughters, Carla (Ron) Mc-Cune of Benton, Shelly (David) Alfaro of Augusta and Corliss (Mike) Graves of El Dorado; 19 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Clayton.

Phillips, Donald Humbolt
Jan. 13 at the Augusta First Christian Church. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta. Donald was bom on a farm outside of Douglass, Kan. on March 26, 1911, the son of the late Calvin and Alma Hendee (Humbolt) Phillips. He graduated high school in 1930. He attended Butler County Jr. College, where he studied chemistry and zoology. Heat-tended the First Christian Church (he has been a member for over 80 years) where he met Ruth Thomas singing in the choir. They married in 1935. Donald went into the Army/Air Force in October, 1942. He was able to see his new son Dennis in 1943 just after he was bom. He was sent to England and France where he loaded bombs on the planes. He was honorable discharged from the Army/Air Force in October, 1945 and returned home to his wife and 3 year old son. Donald worked at White Ea-gle/Scony Mobil/Mobil Refinery until his retirement in 1976 after serving 44 years with the company. Donald was -active in the Camera Club, winning many awards for his photography. He also belonged to the Garden Club and the Day Lily Club. After retirement he and Ruth extensively traveled the United States. They especially loved the Grand Canyon. Donald did quite a bit of woodworking. His chests, toys and jewelry boxes are family treasures.
He is survived by: son, Dennis Phillips and wife Melanie of Augusta; brother, Roy Phillips of El Dorado; sister, Effie Swain of Wichita; grandson in law Tim Eldredge; great grandchildren Jay Nelson IV and Sarah Long; and five great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by the love of life, Ruth; granddaughter,

his home on January 9, 2012, after a six month battle with stomach cancer.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church of Yukon. Interment will follow at Yukon Cemetery.
Raymond Allen Thompson, was bom Feb. 21,1934 in Little Rock, Ark., the son of William "Bill' and Christina "Chris" (Hild) Thompson.
He graduated from Midwest City High School in 1952. After working at Caterpillar and gaining knowledge, he was expertly trained in the Diesel Fuel Injection profession. Ray and his brother established Thompson Diesel in 1970, eventually opening five locations: two in Oklahoma, one in Texas and two in Kansas. Ray retired from Thompson Diesel in 1991 to enjoy travel across the US with Pat, his wife of 40 years.
Ray is survived by: his wife and partner of 40 years, Pat Thompson; daughter, Glenetta Aus-bum; sons, Eldon Foreman of Augusta, and Wayland Thompson; brother, Jim Thompson; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchil-dren; as well as a large extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Ray Allen Thompson, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Ray’s name to the OU Cancer Institute (P.O. Box 26901, BRC West 1417, Oklahoma City, OK 73126-9968) would be greatly appreciated.
