Leslye Allison (Biggart) Davis, 70, an avid and talented bridge player, devourer of intriguing mystery novels, and some-time doll maker and collector, Round Rock, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 9,
2012.
A “graduation” service is planned for a later * date. Her final resting place will be her beloved Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, NM.
She is survived by: daughters, Molly Wolfe and Jill Folsome; son, Steve Cates; brother, Philip and wife, Patty Biggart of Augusta; and seven grandchildren.

Virginia R. “Gini” Murphy, 89, of Wichita, business owner, passed away, Wednesday, May 16, 2012.
Service 10 a.m.Saturday, May 19, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary West, Wichita.
Graveside service 4:30 p.m., Saturday, at the Protection Cemetery, Protection, Kan.
Preceded in death by husband, Dick, parents, Floyd and Bea Burton and brother, Dick Burton.
Survivors: sons, .bill Murphy (Lana) of Wichita and Tom Murphy (Candy) of Protection; daughter, Sally Selzer (Randy) of Protection; grandchildren, Monica, Melissa and Brian Murphy, Joe, Doug and Ben Murphy, Jennifer McClure, Ryan and Christina Selzer; sisters, Margaret Jones of Hot Springs, Ark. and Katherine Farris of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Gini's name with Forget-Me-Nots, (Alzheimer's Associiation), P.O.Box 98,

76, WICHITA
Burlon E “Gene” Shepherd, 76, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
Viewing is 6-8 p.m. on Friday; funeral services at 10 a.m. on Saturday, both at Broadway Mortuary, Wichita.
Gene retired from Boeing in 1992. He lived a passionate life fishing, camping, and nurturing his many relationships with family and friends.
He is preceded in death by Peggy, his cherished wife of 47 years.
Survivors include: his daughter, Rene' and husband Mark Hromek; granddaughters, Jennifer and Jacklyn; son, Mark E. Shepherd; granddaughter, Kyle and husband Tony Jones; great-granddaughter, Scarlett (Boo Boo) Jones. Gene retired from Boeing in 1992. He lived a passionate life fishing, camping, and nurturing his many relationships with family and friends.
A memorial has been established with Wildtrust K.D.W.P.
