Alice M. Lyons dies in Colorado
Alice Margaret Lyons, 69, Westminister, Colo., sister of Robert Boyce, Mary Dilts, Dorothy DeVoss, Jane Crawford, all of Augusta, died Thursday in Denver, Colo.
Her graveside service was this morning at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Wichita. Rev. Chuck McCrea officiated.
She was born Sept. 3, 1914 in Kansas.
She married John D. Lyons. He preceded her in death.
Other survivors include a son, Lloyd of Westminister; brothers, Albert Boyce of Long Beach, Calif., Lloyd Boyce of Portland, Ore.; sisters, Ora Wise of Belle Plain, Viola Smith of Wichita; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Downing & Lahey Mortuary of Wichita was in charge of arrangements.
Stepsister dies at 29 in Oklahoma
Sandra Ann Vaden, 29, Newkirk, Okla., stepsister of Fred Bryant of Augusta, died there Thursday.
Graveside services were this morning at the Neodesha (Kan.) Cemetery. Rev. Edgar Wagener officiated.
She was born July 6, 1955 in Fredonia to Edward L. and Theresa Jones Boring
She was a waitress.
Other survivors include her father and stpemother, Edward and Roberta Boring, sister, Kathleen Mills, all of Independence; stepsisters, Marilyn Botts, Sharon Carroll, Pam Bryant, all of Independence, Sharon Hallbauer of Neodesha; brother Edward Boring of Humboldt; stepbrothers, Ronnie Bryant of Cherryvale and Ronnie Sexton of Parsons.
The Loran-Fawcett Funeral Home in Neodesha was in charge of arrangements.

Ralph Lester Heath died in El Dorado
Ralph Lester Heath, 80, El Dorado, retired farm implement dealer in the Augusta and El Dorado area, died this morning at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital.
His service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home there. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Eureka.
He was born March 30, 1904 in Towanda to William and Ada Burch Heath.
He married Oct. 4, 1936 in Fall River to Elsie I. Worford. She preceded him in death Aug. 15, 1982.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Heath of Columbus, Ohio and Wayne Heath of Independence; a sister, Grace Rogers of Eureka; four grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Former Douglass resident dies
Barbara Jean Dunnell, 46, Cripple Creek, Colo., died there Aug. 8 after a long illness.
Dunnell was born Dec. 13, 1937 and lived in the Providence area west of Douglass.
Services were held Monday in Colorado Springs. Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Colorado Springs.
Survivors include her mother, Marian and stepfather, Rudy Arreguin of Cripple Creek; two brothers, Charles Dunnell Jr., Freemont, Calif., and Robert Dunnell of Clovis, Calif. She was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Jo Heitman.
Memorials have been established with the Colorado Springs Pulmonary Consultant, 2310 N. Tejon St., Colorado Springs, Colo., 80907 and with the Woodland Park Church of Christ.
Stepfather died Sunday at 84
Jarrett Edward Lister, 84, El Dordo, stepfather of James Chamness of Leon, died Sunday in El Dorado.
His service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home in El Dorado. Burial will be in the Belle Vista Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
He was born April 27, 1900 in Jasper County, Ark., to Joseph Walter and Malissa Jane Branson Lister.
He married Elsie Periman in Longmont, Colo. She survives.
He was a farmer in the Beaumont and Leon areas. He was a retired cemetery sexton.
Other survivors include two sons, John Lister of El Dorado and George Lister of Plevna; five daughters, Jewell Hunt of Devils Elbow, Mo., Beatrice Downs of El Dorado, Goldie Davis of Crescent, Okla., Shirley Hogoboom of El Dorado and Linda Riggs of Wichita; four other stepsons, Ray Fritchman of Jenning, Okla., Bill Fritchman of Stillwater, Okla., Bert Fritchman of Redding, Colif., Elden Fritchman of El Dorado; a stepdaughter, Amelia Motor of Perry, Okla.; a brother, Walter Lister of Lowell, Ore.; four sisters, Martha Herbison, Mamie White, Bertha Cox and Ella Spire, all of El Dorado; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 17 step-grandchildren and several step great-grandchildren.
