Robert L. Davis, 79, passed away on Monday, Feb. 25,2013 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Ala.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013, at St. Francis of Assisi in Cordova, Tenn. The family and will greet friends and relatives at the reception hall following the funeral, Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Calvary Cemetary in McAlester,OKLA.
He was born on Aug 27, 1933 in Leon, to Lester and Stella Davis.
Robert grew up in Leon and emrolled in the military on Dec 4, 1951. He retired as a Captain with the United States Marine Corp after more than 20 years of Service.
Robert is sruvived by: his spouse of 58 years Beatrice Cardenas of Mobile, Ala.; his daughters, Maryann Davis of St. Augustine, Fla., Julie Davis Wink (Matthew) of Mobile, Ala.; son James Davis (Angie) of Nashville, Tenn.; sisters Buella Guy of Leon and Violet Stark of Wichita; brothers, Gib Davis of ElDorado and Bill Davis of Leon; grandchildren, Andrea, Ryan, Anna, Preston, Ava and Isabella.

Casey Nathaniel Clayton, 30, ofWichita, passed away, Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. on Sunday, March 3; funeral service at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 4, both in the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel.
