Hazel C. Stackley
92, EL DORADO

Hazel C. Stackley, 92, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 in Andover.
Celebration of life will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday July 16, 2013 at Kirby
Morris Funeral Home in El Dorado; burial will follow at Walnut Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
Hazel was born on Feb. 7,1921 to Lewis and Minnie (Metcalf) Rollings in El Dorado. She graduated from El Dorado High School and went on to get her Associates Degree. Hazel worked in the aircraft industry and was a homemaker. In 1941 she married Ralph H. Stackley in El Dorado. Hazel volunteered with the American Red Cross for 20 yrs., was a member of the VFW Women Auxiliary. She helped start the Senior Center and enjoyed Bingo, Bridge, crocheting, ceramics and loved cats and dogs.
Hazel is survived by: sons, Rick Ehe and partner A1 Lenk of Cologna, Germany, Tom and Judy Stackley of El Dorado; daughter, Jill Stackley of Kechi; grandchildren, Teresa and Jeff Cusack, Joseph, Charles and wife
Mindy Clark; greatgrandchildren Terry, Debra, Michael and Wyatt; many cousins, nephews and nieces.
She is preceded by her husband Ralph; son, Ralph Jr.; brothers, Glenn and Charles; sisters, Mary and Geneva.
Memorials have been established with Trinity United Methodist Church and the American Heart Association.

Lila Shufelberger
91, AUGUSTA

Lila Louise (Ferris) Shufelberger, 91, passed away on Tuesday,July 16,
2013.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 19; funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, both at Dunsford Funeral Home, Augusta.
Lila was born March 23,1922, to Harry Warren and Lydia (Louise) Ferris in Moline, Kan. She married Walter Eugene Shufelberger on Jan. 1,1939, in Syracuse, Kan. Lila retired from the Augusta Medical Complex, and over the years her many duties included ward clerk, medical clerk and activi-
ty director.
Her survivors include: her daughters, Dorothy (Bill) Ohmart and Valeta Hansen, all of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Barbara Shufelberger of Inman; sister, Dolores Jean Sanford of Garden City; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Lila was preceded in death by her parents; spouse; son, Elvin Shufelberger; grandson, Carl Willis; great-grandson, Jonathan Hansen; brother, Ted Ferris and a sister, Beverly Perkins.
A memorial has been established with Finch Hollow, 707 N. Golden Hills, Wichita, KS 67212, or in care of the funeral home.
