Harriet Kaufman service Friday Harriett Kaufman, 74, 2010 Moyle Street, died Monday at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. Her funeral will be at 10:30
a.m. Friday at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Brooks will officiate and burial will be at the Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 27, 1910 in Augusta to Bennett and Mary Elizabeth Alexander Treweeke.
She married Arthur H. Kaufman Nov. 22, 1936 in Clinton, Mo. He survives. She was a retired Augusta school teacher.
She was a member of the Augusta United Methodist Church, the Outlook Club and the Retired Augusta Teacher's Association.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, John A. of Augusta and Rodney B. of Richardson, Texas; a daughter, Karen Rickard of Arlington, Texas; a sister, Elizabeth Treweeke of Wichita, and eight grandchildren.

Eldon L. Price, 73, Douglass, died Monday at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita.
His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home in Douglass. Rev. Allan Jones will officiate and burial will be in the Cumberland Cemetery, south of Augusta.
A memorial has been established with the American Heart Association.
He was born June 11, 1911 to Roy and Mabel Haver Price.
He married Anna Mae Dressendofer March 4, 1967 in Newkirk, Okla. She survives.
He was a carpenter.
He was a member of the Douglass American Legion Post.
Besides his wife, he leaves stepsons, Jim Laughlin and Thomas Laughlin, both of Atlanta; a stepdaughter, Rebecca Eston of Leon; brothers, C.M. of Colorado, Stewart of California; sisters, Barbara Bennett of Independence, Jessie Tomlin of Protection, Jacque Butlar of Springfield, Mo., Bonnie Keller of Kansas City, Kan., and seven grandchildren.
Father dies in Liberal
Wayne Winston, 65, Liberal, father of Doris Erickson of Augusta, died Tuesday at the Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kitch Funeral Home in Liberal. Rev. Roger Williams will officiate and burial will be in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens there.
A memorial has been established with the South Church of God in Liberal.
He was born April 10, 1919 in Southwest City, Mo., to James and Ann Garrett Winston.
He married Doris Blosser Dec. 26, 1941 in Jay, Okla. She survives.
He was a school bus driver in Liberal.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Other survivors include a son, Darrell of Colorado Springs, Colo., and five grandchildren.

Joel Brooks, 26, Fort Collins, Colo., son of Norma and Joe Cooper of Douglass, died Tuesday in Fort Collins.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Lakeview Mortuary in Wichita. Rev. Harry Moratto will officiate and burial will be in the Lakeview Gardens Cemetery.
He was born Nov. 10, 1958 in Wichita to James L. and Norma Brison Brooks. His father preceded him in death.
He was a hospital employee in Fort Collins.
Other survivors include a brother, James of Fayetteville, Ark.; sisters, Susan Hall, Carolyn Hammon, Judy Car-roll, all of Wichita; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Brison of Henryetta, Okla., and Ona Brooks of Wichita.

Donald Bracht dies at 57
Donald Bracht, 57, Ocean-side, Calif., formerly of Douglass, died Feb. 14.
A memorial service was at 10 a.m. Monday in Douglass. Burial will be Wednesday at the Fallbrook Cemetery in Fallbrook, Calif.
Memorials have been established with the Maude Carpenter Children's Home and the American Heart Association.
He was born Dec. 3, 1927 in Douglass to Archibald and Alma Diller Bracht.
He married Evelyn Walker Oct. 24, 1951 in Douglass. She survives
This electrician was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include sons, Bruce, Danny; a daughter, Peggy, of the home; his mother, Alma Bracht of Douglass; a brother, Todd Bracht of Homer, Alaska, sisters, Betty McCune of Douglass and Donna Watt of Deming, N.M., and a half sister, Viola Tinker of Costa Mesa, Calif.

Mary Lehr Kimble, 99, 1212 Dearborn Street, died Friday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Monday in the Elmwood Cemetery. Rev. Burl Allison Jr. officiated.
A memorial has been established with the First Baptist Church in Augusta.
She was born Dec. 28, 1885 in Butler County to Joel and Mary Amerocous McFerren.
She married Charles J. Lehr Jan. 1, 1902 in Wichita. He preceded her in death April 14, 1960.
She married James M. Kimble June 8, 1964 in Augusta. He preceded her in death Aug. 15, 1978.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons, Carl Lehr of Augusta and Charles Lehr of Phoenix, Ariz.; a daughter, Marie Burt of Denver, Colo.; a brother, Gilbert Johnson of Wichita; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Two daughters and a grandson preceded her in death.
