Mother Dies In Newton
Entz, 82, rural Whitewater, mother of Eleanore Myers of Augusta, died Monday at Bethel Hospital in Newton.
Her service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Emmaus Mennonite Church in rural Whitewater. Rev. Alvin Kleinsasser will officiate and burial will be in the Emmaus Mennonite Church cemetery.
Memorials have been established with Paul and Barbara Entz Radio Ministry, Kenya, and Friendly Acres Nursing Home in Newton.
She was born April 26, 1900 in Whitewater to John and Justina Epp Wiebe.
She married Bernhard Entz May 12, 1927 in Whitewater. He preceded her in death.
Other survivors include sons, Paul Entz of Nairobi, Kenya, Walter Entz of Whitewater; another daughter, Ruth Goering of Moundridge; a brother, Herman Wiebe of Whitewater and 15 grandchildren.
Lamb Mortuary in Whitewater is in charge of arrangments.

Mother Dies
Mildred Ellen Burdick, 64, Wichita, died Wednesday at the Halstead Hospital. She was the mother of Rae Ellen Dickey of Augusta.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at Resthaven Mortuary and Cemetery in Wichita.
A memorial has been established with the respiratory therapy department at Halstead Hospital in Halstead.
Burdick was born
Jan. 9, 1918 in Strong City.
She was married July, 19 1936, in Greensburg to Elmer R. Burdick. He survives.
Other survivors are a brother, Charles Moretz of Wichita; a sister, Vivian White of Blackfoot, Idaho; and two grandchildren.
Correction
Larry Hensley
Larry D. Hensley, 41, Bothell, Wash., who died Monday was the son of Grace L. Hensley and brother of Connie Coombes, both of Douglass. The family relationship was incorrect in yesterday’s obituary.
His funeral service was today at the Greenland Funeral Home in Alderwood Manor, Wash.
Frieda Entz
