Bohon’s brother died on Saturday
George R. Buffalow, 76, of Howard and brother of Inez Bohon of Augusta, died Saturday.
Services for the retired farmer and stockman were today at Zimmerman Funeral Home
Other survivors, besides his sister from here, include his wife, Irene; son, Gordon of Howard; daughters, Myrna Winn of Midland, Texas, Mary Harrod of Howard, Sharon Cowden of Leawood; sister, Dorothy McMillen of Knoxville, Tenn.; and 11 grandchildren.
Memorials are to the Howard Twilight Manor Nursing Home.

Bertha Parks funeral will be in Wichita
Homemaker Bertha Jane Parks, 93, of Augusta, died Sunday, April 2, at Augusta Medical Complex.
Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, at the Mission Chapel Mausoleum in Wichita.
Rev. Bob Box of the Augusta First Baptist Church will officiate.
She was born Feb. 16 1896 in Leon as a daughter of John Wilson and Anna Mae Brenner
Batrum.
On July 25, 1917, she married James Collins Parks in Wichita.
He preceded her in death in September of 1971.
Survivors include two nieces,
Ruby Raiguel of Augusta, and Margaret Ann Bailey of Sterling,
Colo.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Ray Batrum, three sisters, Viola Henderson, Ruth Waggoner, and Mary Ethel Batrum.
Memorials to the First Baptist Church have been suggested.
The Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta was in charge of arrangements.
Fred W. Krauss died March 25
Fred William Krauss, father of Charles Krauss of Augusta, died Saturday, March 25.
He was buried Tuesday, March 28, at the Mount Zion Cemetery near Cedarville, Mo. A memorial tribute was held at the Cedarville Community Church.
He was born April 8, 1905. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Fay in 1978, and an infant child.
In addition to the son here, he leaves two daughters, Aletha Krauss and Mrs. Marlene Berry, both of Wichita; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Sister dies in Nebraska
Agatha Harms Reimer, 95, Beatrice, Neb., and sister of John Harms of Augusta, died Thursday, March 30.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 3, at the Mennonite Church in Beatrice.
In addition to the brother here, she leaves a son, Arnold of Beatrice; a daughter, Anna Margaret Claassen of Newton; three sisters, Esther Penner of Hesston, Dorothy Penner and Justena Claassen, both of Newton; a brother, Alvin Harms of Newton; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Peter Reimer, three sisters, and five brothers.
