Augustan’s mother died this morning
Maude Harper, 88, of El Dorado and mother of Augustan Mrs. Carneese Rogers, died early this morning.
Her services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado and burial will follow at Sunset Lawns.
She was born July 29, 1901 to Peter and Sarah Dickerson in Winona, Mo. and on July 11, 1917 she married Caleb Harper.
Survivors include her husband, Caleb; son, Calip Emmett “Cal” of Wichita; daughters, Mrs. Cleo Lippincott of Wichita, Mrs. Carmen Albright of Anthony, Rogers from here; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the First Church of the Nazarene in El Dorado.
