Gilbert Cassidy dies Sunday
Gilbert John Cassidy II, 22, Augusta, died Sunday, Jan. 28, three miles west of Augusta on United States Highway 54.
GraveSdie services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at Elmwood Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 5, 1967 to Dorothy Briley and Gilbert John Cassidy.
Survivors include a brother, Nick Cassidy of Kansas City,
Mo.; a sister, Valerie Kay Cassidy of Kansas City, Mo.; a stepsister, Nanette Lytle of Augusta; his mother, Dorothy Cassidy of Kansas "City, Mot and- fattier, Gilbert Cassidy of Augusta.
Cassidy had been an employee of United Van Lines, Jones Truck and Storage Co.
Dunsford Fdneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Services for Lykins to be at Elmwood
Services for Ernest Eli Lykins, 81, of Augusta, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Elmwood Cemetery.
He died Jan. 28 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born Feb. 19, 1908 to Cora Elizabeth Crum and John
Walter Lykins in Oklahoma.
Survivors include two stepsons, Odean Gaston and Odell Gaston, both of Story, Ark.; and a sister, Sylvia M. Fike of Augusta.
Dunsford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mildred Stevens passes away Jan. 26
Services for Mildred Stevens, 83, Augusta, were at 2 p.m. today at the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Michael Omundson officiating.
She died Jan. 26 at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Stevens was born Feb. 24, 1906 to Parolee Nelson and Thomas Bailey Stinnett in Garrison, Mo.
On July 13,1925, she married Clyde A. Stevens in Bradleyville, Mo. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Ray A. Stevens of Beaumont, Texas; a sister, Juanita Hamblet of Venice, Calif.; and a grandchild, Rex A. Stevens, Ark City.
Stevens had been a homemaker.
A memorial has been established with the Augusta Library.
