Thomas Harlo Mullin services Saturday

Thomas Harlo Mullin, 72, Wichita, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.
He is the son of Augusta resident Naomi Ruth Ohmart and the brother of Alvin “Moon” Mullin, Augusta.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Dunsford Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Christopher Fleet officiating.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
There will be a special viewing with family and friends from 4:30-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mullin was born Aug. 2,1918, to Naomi Ruth Hale and Joshia Burton.
He worked for Beech Aircraft for five years and Parks Motor for 20 years.
Mullin was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church.
On May 28, 1949, he married Dorothy White in El Dorado. She survives.
Other survivors include sons, Thomas V. of Andover, Elvin J. of Lyons, Russell of Park City,
Lloyd Harley and Gayle of Wichita; daughters, Peggy Whis-man of Alva, Okla.,
Joyce Fletcher of Independence, Mo., Leota Snapp Chapman of Haysville;
brother, Frank Ohmart of Choctok, Okla.; sister, Charlotte Paxson of Oklahoma City, Okla.;
26 grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren.
A memorial has been established with Hospice Inc. in Wichita.

Frances W. Gunter dies Sept. 30

Frances W. Gunter, 81, West Plains, Mo., died Sunday, Sept. 30, at West Vue Nursing Home in West Plains.
Gunter is the sister-in-law of Augusta resident Evelyn Jackson
Funeral services were Tuesday, Oct. 2 in the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
Burial was in the Parsons Cemetery.
Other survivors include two sisters, Tina Moser of Halstead, Louise Lau of Las Lunas, N.M.;
sisters-in-law, Nadine Dowell, of Macon, Mo., Radie Gunter of West Plains, Eva Montgomery fo St. Louis, Mo.,
Ethel Gunter of St. Joseph, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Noah Oscar Gunter who died in 1979,
an infant son, six brothers and four sisters.
Memorial contributions have been established with the American Cancer Society
in care of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
