Grady Dies In Florida
Kenneth Grady, 60, Seabring, Fla., died there Tuesday. He was the son of Mrs. Jennie Grady of Augusta and the brother of Anne Haaga of Douglass.
He was raised in Augusta and attended Augusta schools.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at the Methodist church in Seabring.
Other survivors include his wife, Gloria, of the home; sisters, Mrs. Pat Jones, Ark City; Mrs. Hazel Gruver of Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Holice Seglem of Overland Park; and a brother, Bill Grady of Barber, Ark.

Vieux Service 10:30 Tuesday
Virginia Marian Vieux, 67, 1912 Prairie Lane, died Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Her funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, at the Dunsford Funeral Home chapel here and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Rev. Burl Allison Jr. will officiate.
A memorial has been established with the Augusta Public Library.
She was born July 5, 1915 in Kansas as a daughter of Matthew T. and Vilena Pearl Purcell Moyle.
She married Fred R. Vieux at Wichita on Feb. 21, 1935. He died in 1973.
Survivors include a son, Rodney of Morrisville, Vt.; a daughter, Mrs. Toni Strawhecker of Belleview, Wash.; a brother, Henry Moyle of Newton, and two grandchildren.

Mary Daniels Rites Tuesday
Mary Eunice Daniels, 79, Route 3, died Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Cherry Creek Village nursing home.
Her funeral will be at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 26, at the Dunsford Funeral Home chapel here and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Jack Toman, pastor of the Cumberland Church, will officiate.
She was born May 24, 1903 at Roby, Mo., as a daughter of Dr. Casper R. and Oakley E. Adams Briggs.
Her husband, Lee M. Daniels, preceded her in death Sept. 30, 1978. They were married Sept. 7, 1919.
Two sons, Jack and Eugene, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Daniels is survived by two sisters, Vina Creason of Roby, Mo., and Inez Creason, Success, Mo.

Alice Haldeman
Alice M. Haldeman, 90, Red Oak, Iowa, a former Douglass resident, died Thursday, Oct. 21.
She was buried this morning at the Douglass Cemetery. The Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Grace LeFevre Dies At 88
Grace Pearl LeFevre, 88, 620 Osage, died Monday, Oct. 25, at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Her service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Rev. Harold Greer, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, will officiate and burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Aug. 9, 1895 in Oaktown, Ind., to George and Anna Sullivan Conrad.
She married Bert LaFevre May 18, 1913 in Bridgeport, Ill. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Nazarene Church.
Survivors include two sons, Clarence LaFevre of El Dorado and Francis LaFevre of Pacifica, Calif.; three daughters, Dorothy Green of Augusta, Fern Roth of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Stella Smith of Wichita; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Rites Pending For L. Meis
Services are pending at the Culbertson Funeral Home in Wichita for Leonard Meis.
Meiss, the father of Marian Walker of Augusta, died Monday at the St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita.
