Cecil Moss Dies At 67
Cecil Bernard Moss, 67, Route 4, died Saturday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. today at Calvary Cemetery in Augusta. Father David Cushing officiated.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society.
He was born Aug. 19, 1915 in Kosciusko, Miss., to Bernard and Ila Miles Moss.
He married Delores Hannon Feb. 26, 1938 in El Dorado. She survives.
He was a contract oil field pumper.
Other survivors include a brother, Lailan Moss of Rockledge, Fla.

N.G. Freeman Dies At AMCI
Nellie G. Freeman, 85, Augusta, died Sunday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Her service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta. Rev. Amos Williams will officiate and burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 2, 1897 in Illinois to Charles and Mary Harry Taylor.
She married Charles F. Mann Feb. 9, 1917 in Wichita. He preceded her in death. She married Walter Freeman Aug. 25, 1956 in Wichita. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Buster Mann of Harrington, Dec., and Claude Mann of Miami, Fla.; a daughter, Dorothy Mason of Augusta; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Brother Dies
Clayton Holcomb, 70, Guthrie, Okla., brother of Carl Holcomb of Augusta, died Friday in Guthrie.
His service was at 11 a.m. today at the Old Mission Mortuary in Wichita. Rev. Lucian Lee officiated and burial was in the Old Mission Cemetery.
He was born May 16, 1912 in Kansas to George Bailey and Theresa Glenn Holcomb.
He was a retired electrical engineer at Boeing Military Aircraft Co.
Other survivors include his wife, Lucille Holcomb of the home; a stepson, Sammy Wagner of Wichita; a stepdaughter, Barbara Jenkins of Kansas City, Kansas; sisters, Velma Jackson of Burns, Daisy Moore of Florence and Doris Kirchmer of Newton.

Rites Pending For Bolinger
Clifford Wayne Bolinger, 69, Wichita, formerly of Augusta and Haverhill, died Monday at St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita.
His services are pending at Old Mission Mortuary in Wichita. Rev. Gene Williams will officiate and burial will be at the Old Mission Cemetery.
He was born June 24, 1913 to Ben and Gertrude Peal Bolinger at Haverhill. He graduated from Augusta High School.
He married Ruth Newton in Wichita Sept. 3, 1938. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Shirley Gaston of Pratt; three grandsons, Troy Gaston of Topeka, Richard and Terry Gaston of Pratt; two great-grandchildren; and cousins, Ruby Raiguel of Augusta, Jaunita Sommers of Potwin and Mary Black of Wichita.

Rites Today For McClain
Iva M. Wedel McLain, 87, Route 3, died Tuesday at St. Joseph Medical Center in Wichita.
Entombment services were at 9:30 a.m. today in the Wichita Park Mausoleum.
She was born Nov. 7, 1895 in Newton to Frank and Ann Miller Smith.
Survivors include a son, Donald Wedel of Augusta.

J.L. McAfee Dies At 27
Joy Lynn McAfee, 27, 1013 West Street, died Wednesday at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Her service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
She was born Sept. 12, 1955 in Wichita to William B. and Marilyn Joy Wolf Rogers.
She married Steven Allen McAfee May 24, 1976 in Colorado Springs, Colo. He survives.
She was a student at Vo-Tech in Wichita and a former student of Southwestern College in Winfield.
Other survivors include a son, Quentin McAfee of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William B. Rogers of Augusta; a sister, Christine Ann Rogers of Wichita and grandparents, Lawrence and Ida Wolf of Moline.
