Father Dies In Tennessee
Willis Johnson, father of Mrs. Larry Palmer, died Thursday.
His service will be Saturday in Union City, Tenn.
Other survivors include three other daughters and several grandchidren.

Randall Dies In Winfield
Blanche Randall, 60, Douglass, died yesterday at Newton Memorial Hospital in Winfield.
Her service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Douglass. Rev. Bill Scott and Rev. Henry Cox will officiate and burial will be in the Friends Cemetery at Rose Hill.
A memorial has been established with the Douglass Public Library.
She was born March 14, 1922 in Atlanta to Henry E. and Myrtle Bing Jacoby.
She married Clayton Randall Nov. 30, 1941 in Rose Hill. He survives.
She was a housewife.
Other survivors include four sons, Daniel Randall of Wichita, Gerald Randall of Buena Vista, Colo., and Michael Randall and Terry Randall, both of Douglass; her mother, Myrtle Jacoby of Douglass; a brother, Harold Jacoby of Haysville, and 11 grandchildren.
The Hilyard-Smith Funeral Home in Douglass is in charge of arrangements.

Joy McAfee
Joy Lynn McAfee, 27, 1013 West, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Dunsford Funeral Home and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Rogers; her husband, Steven; a son, Quentin; a sister, Christine Rogers, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wolf of Moline.

J.B. Noll Dies At 57
J.B. Noll, 57, Florence, retired Ford dealer, died Saturday at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado.
His service will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado. Rev. Lester Owens will officiate and burial will be in Elmwood
Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 27, 1924 in Cameron, Ill., to Earl and Eula Fox Noll.
He married Kathryn Remmert Jan. 1, 1946 in Eureka. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Jack Noll of Florence; daughters, Karen Gaines of Florence and Linda Gillan of Concordia, and six grandchildren.
The Carlson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bud Defore Dies At 65
Clarence Denver “Bud” Defore, 65, 1802 Moyle, died Saturday at the Augusta Medical Complex.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dunsford Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Nebergall and Rev. Bill Scott will officiate and burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery.
He was born May 21, 1917, in Douglass to Charles Denver and Jennie Bridges Defore.
He married Myrtle DeWeese Jan. 8, 1946 in El Dorado. She survives.
He was a farmer, oilfield worker and a partsman for J&B Implement Inc. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Mystic Tie Lodge 74, Shrine Midian Temple, Eastern Star 211 of Augusta and the York Rite in El Dorado.
He served in the military during World War II.
Other survivors include a son, Charles Defore II of Augusta; a daughter, Donna June Hoefgen of Augusta; a brother, Harold Clifford of Belle Plaine; a sister, Mabel Fern Zimmerman of Augusta; grandchildren, Pete, Lisa and John Defore and Jimmy, Jacque and Nick Hoefgen.
A granddaughter, Barbara Ann Hoefgen, preceded him in death.

McHenry Dies At 78
Ferne M. McHenry, 78, Route 1, died Dec. 4, at the St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita.
Her service will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Wichita Park Mausoleum. Dr. David C. Walker will officiate and burial will be there.
She was born March 4, 1904 in Coming to Thomas E. and Viola Ort Valentine.
She married Ralph C. McHenry. He died Jan. 22, 1981.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Ed Yingst of Augusta; two daughters, Evelyn Staats of Wichita and Dorothy Cowell of Denver; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
